接印尼海關(guān)通知，關(guān)于上海出口至印尼貨物“直達(dá)證明”的具體要求（即日起執(zhí)行）通知如下：

凡使用“原產(chǎn)地證書”的出口貨物，海運(yùn)提單上需按如下固定格式顯示在品名一欄中，請(qǐng)務(wù)必按要求準(zhǔn)確錄入。

“We hereby certify that the carrying vessel is direct vessel from ... (POL) to Jakarta without transshipment and loading & unloading (addition) processing”

Route for the carrying vessel is as follow
